LoadBearing is local-first. Your business data — leads, estimates, jobs, money records, crew info — is stored only in your own device's browser storage (localStorage). We do not run user accounts, we do not operate a database of your business records, and we never see, upload, sell, or share your in-app business data. If you clear your browser storage without using the in-app Export backup, your data is gone and we cannot recover it.
If you join the beta list on our homepage, we collect the name, email address, and trade you provide. That information is used only to notify you about LoadBearing (launch notice and early-access terms). We never sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing tony@assetenterprisellc.com.
Pro subscriptions ($39/month or $390/year) are billed through Stripe (Stripe, Inc.). When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
The site is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc.), which processes standard web-server logs (e.g., IP address, pages requested) to operate the hosting service. See netlify.com/privacy.
LoadBearing is a business tool intended for adults running a business. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
